Sue has a deep passion for equipping churches to create thriving environments for kids, youth, and families. As a Ministry Area Consultant with ICN, she partners with leaders to build healthy, engaging ministries that connect with unchurched communities.

With years of ministry leadership experience, Sue brings practical insight into strengthening family engagement and developing sustainable ministry systems. She is particularly passionate about helping leaders create clear and consistent ways to grow faith in the next generation, and regularly researches emerging generations to help leaders respond with clarity and confidence.

Sue is known for her practical, encouraging approach, helping leaders move from ideas to implementation. She lives in Brisbane, Queensland with her husband Brad and their children, Elias and Kyra, and enjoys camping and outdoor adventures with her family.
