Marg is the Director of Partner Services at ICN Australasia, supporting churches and leaders to thrive through connection, collaboration, and practical support and encouragement. With years of senior church leadership experience, she brings a strong understanding of ministry, team development, and leading in diverse contexts. She specialises in building networks, resourcing and training leaders, and helping churches maximise their impact.
Marg holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Pastoral Supervision and supervises pastors, reflecting her passion for healthy leadership. Known for her relational and encouraging approach, she helps leaders feel supported and confident. Based in Auckland, NZ and together with her husband Brian, she invests in their adult children and grandchildren, and enjoys coffee with friends and scuba diving.
