Jason is a pastor, speaker, coach, and consultant who helps leaders build healthy organizations without sacrificing their souls. Alongside his wife, Kristin, he has spent more than two decades serving in ministry across Australia and the United States, including roles in missions, camp ministry, church leadership, and movement-building.

After experiencing burnout while serving as a lead pastor in Colorado Springs, Jason began a personal journey of discovering how to pursue ambitious goals while remaining emotionally and spiritually healthy. Today, he serves as Director of the Irresistible Church Network Australasia and works globally with Emotionally Healthy Discipleship. Through speaking, coaching, and consulting, Jason equips leaders to create healthy cultures, develop sustainable rhythms, and become the kind of people their calling requires them to be.
