Michael is the Ministry Services Coordinator for ICN Australasia, walking alongside pastors and ministers across the network through care, connection, and practical support. He is also the Founder and Director of KLARITAS, a consultancy helping churches move from chaos to clarity across their operations, governance, and strategy. Michael brings 17 years of senior ministry experience from The Rocks Church in Perth, where he served as Associate Pastor and Chief of Staff, leading teams across people, operations, and execution.

He is passionate about healthy leaders, healthy teams, and healthy churches, and loves helping pastors build sustainable rhythms so they can thrive in the long run. Born in Jakarta and based in Perth, Michael is married to Citra and together they are raising three sons, Benjamin, Judah, and Levi. He enjoys cooking, photography, gardening with a good podcast, and a well-made cup of coffee.
