Operations Manager

Liesel joined the team at ICN in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in operations and events after working with NFPs and churches across Australia. She spent 11 years at Arrow Leadership Australia, where she developed her passion for training and coaching leaders in creating good systems and productivity, and now works alongside the team to help others in creating good systems in their worlds so they can focus on what is most important.

Liesel also works behind the scenes, managing the day-to-day operations of the organization.
