Josh Scherer

Regional Coordinator

Josh is the ICN Regional Hub Coordinator for SA and VIC, helping churches explore the network and supporting partner churches to thrive through connection, encouragement, and context-aware support. He also serves as Lead Pastor at Transform Uniting Church in Gawler, South Australia, where he is leading church revitalisation within a denominational context. Josh is passionate about leadership, church culture, and seeing local churches flourish in their kingdom mission.

He holds a Bachelor of Ministry and a Diploma of Public Safety (Policing), and previously served as a Police Officer. Josh has been part of ICN since 2021, after first being inspired by a vision to create an irresistible church at a North Point Ministries conference in Atlanta, GA, in 2013. He is known for his relational, energetic, and thoughtful approach, and he enjoys life with his wife, Eloise, daughters Mackenzie and Phoebe, and Bailey the Labradoodle, as well as fitness, woodworking, and time with good friends.
